1. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment.

– If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible

– Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled

2. ALL SALES FINAL

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once shipped.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

– Opened or used products

– Improper storage or handling after delivery

– Change of mind

3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process a claim, you must provide:

– Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

If approved, we may offer:

4. LOST OR MISSING SHIPMENTS

If your package is marked as delivered but not received:

– Please check with your local carrier and neighbors first

– Contact us within 5 days of delivery confirmation

Modern Science Peptides is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. However, we will assist in filing a claim where possible.

5. SHIPPING ERRORS

If you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will resolve the issue by:

– Providing a replacement or refund as appropriate

We do not offer refunds or replacements for products that have been compromised due to improper handling, storage, preparation, or use of non-laboratory-grade materials.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:

– You are responsible for proper handling and preparation of all products

– Any damage resulting from improper use or handling is not eligible for refund or replacement

In the event of a claim, we may require supporting documentation, including clear photographic evidence of:

– The product and packaging

– Storage conditions

– Materials used in preparation (if applicable)

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of the claim.
